WE WILL NOT ALLOW participants to switch spaces within a camp’s session.  A surfer needs to start on Monday and go through all the safety and practical lessons.  Allowing participants to join mid week is a liability.

Cancellation Policy

When paid in full, reservations in Surf Camp are considered non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• TIMELY CANCELLATION
  In the event of timely cancellation (at least one-month prior to your reservation date), we will refund your reservation for up to 75% of its value. Within one-month of the reservation date, the entire reservation is non-refundable.

• DOCUMENTED INJURY
  In the case of a documented injury that prevents you from participating, we will refund your reservation for up to 75% of its value.

• SPACE FILLED BY ANOTHER PARTICIPANT
  If we are able to fill your space prior to the reservation date (e.g., with someone from our waitlist), we will refund your reservation for up to 75% of its value. only if cancelled one-month prior reservation.

Refunds are not issued because of poor weather/wave conditions. The only exception is for surf lessons, in which case refunds may be issued if the lesson is called off by us because of poor conditions (this is exceedingly rare).
